Who we are
We are LendersBox.com LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company at 1020 Farmington Avenue, Berlin, CT 06037. We offer BusinessPulseScore, a free financial health score for small businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it.
Business search
When you look up your business on our homepage, we collect the business name and address you select and a reference number we assign you (it looks like LB-XXXXXXXX). Google provides the search suggestions as our service provider and receives the text you type into the search box.
Your BusinessPulseScore
To calculate your score we use details you provide — your industry, how long you've been in business, your average bank balance, and a self-reported credit estimate. You can optionally connect your business bank account on a read-only basis through Stripe Financial Connections so we can read your balance to fill this in. Read-only means we cannot move money or change anything, and Stripe handles the connection — we never see your bank login credentials. We use this information only to compute and show you your score and report.
What else we collect
We do not use advertising trackers or marketing cookies. If you email us, we receive what you send and use it only to respond.
No sale or sharing
We never sell your personal data, and we never share it with third parties for their own marketing. Our service providers — such as Stripe and Google — may use your information only to provide their services to us.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information only while it is needed for your score. You can disconnect at any time, and you can ask us to delete your information by emailing info@lendersbox.com.
